	No.  It is our stated objective to find and define inefficiencies and live long term with the results of our recommendations.  Our pay so to speak comes from both a base cost plus earned incentive.  If our solutions don’t work incentives are not paid.

	Yes.
	Do you manage a prescription drug formulary and generic drug program for the provider network? Yes.
	Does this provider network include education or offer incentives for compliance? Yes.
	What is the term of your Managed Service Agreement?
	Typically three years given the requirements of the client.
	Will Sage Technologies provide a timeline for accomplishment of tasks defining deliverables, responsible person, and client responsibilities?
